SplineGen — Spline, Gear & Serration Generator

SplineGen is a browser-based tool for engineers and machinists who design involute splines, gears, and serrations — as well as straight-sided splines, polygon / square / hex drives, and hexalobular (torx-style) profiles. It generates standards-compliant tooth geometry, verifies it with built-in stress / FEA / LTCA analysis, assembles multi-gear trains on an interactive canvas, and exports manufacturable CAD files (DXF, STEP, STL, 3MF, SVG, PDF) — all in the browser, with no install.
